Taking Smart Sips

A few months ago, owner and founder of Nutrition IQ, Jennifer Neale was interviewed by fellow Dietitian Alka Chopra for a video series she was putting together for Nutrition Month called "One Week to Your Health". Jennifer and several other dietitians were interviewed to discuss one simple change that people could make in order to achieve better health.

Jennifer's change was: reduce your intake of high sugar, high caffeine beverages. In the interview, she discussed caffeine and in particular the caffeine and sugar found in energy drinks. She also discussed how much caffeine you should be consuming in a day and some simple swaps to reduce your caffeine intake. To watch the video click here.
