Free Emotional Eating Workshop for Moms!

    Would you consider yourself an emotional eater? Do you find yourself eating when you're feeling emotional (e.g. anxious, depressed, sad, lonely), even though you're not physically hungry? Do you find yourself eating when you're bored or stressed? Do you have difficulty finding ways to cope with stress and anxiety, other than by eating? Are you starting to feel like food is the only way you can soothe your emotions?

    If any of the above sound familiar, you need to join our FREE webinar Friday March 10th at 12 PM EST or Monday March 13th at 8 PM EST (if you can't make either of those dates, register anyways and a replay will be available for those registered)!

    Did you know that emotional eating is pretty normal, in fact, we celebrate with food all of the time, but somehow when you’re eating to deal with negative emotions, it becomes a problem. Really, it’s only a problem if it’s the only tool you have to deal with your emotions.
