Would you consider yourself an emotional eater? Do you find yourself eating when you're feeling emotional (e.g. anxious, depressed, sad, lonely), even though you're not physically hungry? Do you find yourself eating when you're bored or stressed? Do you have difficulty finding ways to cope with stress and anxiety, other than by eating? Are you starting to feel like food is the only way you can soothe your emotions?

Did you know that emotional eating is pretty normal, in fact, we celebrate with food all of the time, but somehow when you’re eating to deal with negative emotions, it becomes a problem. Really, it’s only a problem if it’s the only tool you have to deal with your emotions.
