Being a new mom is hard. You’re sleep-deprived, you’re hormonal, you’re stressed, your body doesn’t feel like your own, and you have a tiny human depending on you. Don’t worry mama, you are not alone, and it’s ok if you don’t have it all together. In fact, it’s normal.

- How to use your intuition to make food decisions and keep you nourished and energized
- And some gentle tips to start fostering a better relationship with your postpartum body
