Whether you've been a mom for 10 days, 10 months, or 10 years, we all have questions about how to eat well for us and for our families. This FREE group will focus on intuitive eating, postpartum body confidence, ditching diet culture, and general parenting struggles. This is a safe, non-judgmental space, so whether you have questions, or just want to hang out with other moms, you are welcome.
This group will be very casual. It doesn't matter if you're still in your pjs or covered in spit up, just grab a coffee and come as you are. Interruptions from little people are expected and welcomed.
